المسؤول عن بياناتك
يطوّر «جولتك» ويديره راشد البلوي، وهو المسؤول عن بياناتك. للتواصل: ralbalawi2006@gmail.com.
ما نجمعه
لا إعلانات ولا أدوات تحليل ولا تتبّع إعلاني، ولا تُباع بياناتك أبدًا.
- الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (تحفظها خدمة Firebase Authentication من Google مشفّرة ولا نطّلع عليها) والاسم الذي تختاره.
- الملف الشخصي (اختياري): ناديك ومنتخبك المفضّلان.
- المجموعات والتوقعات: المجموعات التي تنشئها أو تنضم إليها، ورموز الدعوة، وتوقعك لكل مباراة، ونقاطك وترتيبك، ونشاط المجموعة.
- دردشة المجموعة حيث تكون مفعّلة: الرسائل التي ترسلها وبلاغاتك والأعضاء الذين تحظرهم.
- بيانات تقنية: تقارير الأعطال (طراز الجهاز وإصدار النظام وتفاصيل العطل) عبر Firebase Crashlytics، وتحقّق من الجهاز عبر Firebase App Check لحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام.
كيف نستخدمها
- لتشغيل حسابك ومجموعاتك، وحفظ توقعاتك، وحساب النقاط والترتيب.
- لعرض اسمك وترتيبك لأعضاء مجموعاتك.
- للحفاظ على سلامة الدردشة: مراجعة البلاغات واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب بشأن الرسائل المخالفة.
- لحماية الخدمة ومنع إساءة الاستخدام وإصلاح الأعطال.
من يرى بياناتك
- يرى أعضاء مجموعاتك اسمك وناديك المفضّل ونقاطك وترتيبك، والرسائل التي ترسلها في دردشة تلك المجموعة.
- توقعاتك لا يراها غيرك حتى تُغلق الجولة، ثم تظهر للمجموعة وفق قواعد الكشف في التطبيق.
- يراجع المطوّر بصفته مشرفًا أي رسالة يُبلَّغ عنها.
- مزوّد الخدمة: Google Firebase (Authentication وCloud Firestore وCloud Functions وApp Check وCrashlytics). تُحفظ قاعدة البيانات في الدمام بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وتعمل وظائف الخادم في الدوحة بقطر.
- نتائج المباريات من مزوّد بيانات رياضية لا يتلقى أي بيانات عنك.
مدة الاحتفاظ
- حسابك وملفك وتوقعاتك وترتيبك: ما دام حسابك قائمًا.
- رسائل الدردشة: ما دامت المجموعة قائمة. يُمحى نص الرسالة المحذوفة فورًا، وتُحذف دردشة المجموعة المحذوفة بعد 30 يومًا.
- البلاغات: 90 يومًا بعد البتّ فيها.
- تقارير الأعطال: حتى 90 يومًا وفق سياسة Firebase Crashlytics.
حذف حسابك
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت: حسابي ← الحساب والأمان ← حذف الحساب. يحذف ذلك حسابك وملفك وعضوياتك وتوقعاتك وترتيبك ورموز الدعوة التي أنشأتها، ويمحو نص رسائلك في الدردشة. إن كنت مالك مجموعة تنتقل ملكيتها إلى أقدم أعضائها، وتُحذف المجموعة التي لم يبقَ فيها أحد. قد تبقى علامة مؤقتة لمدة محدودة لمنع إساءة استخدام الحساب المحذوف.
حقوقك
يمكنك تعديل اسمك ومفضّلاتك في التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. لطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو للاستفسار عن هذه السياسة راسلنا على ralbalawi2006@gmail.com. تُعالَج بياناتك وفق أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ومنها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
الأطفال
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 13 عامًا لاستخدام «جولتك». إن علمت بوجود حساب لطفل دون 13 عامًا فراسلنا وسنحذفه.

Who is responsible
«جولتك» is developed and run by Rashed Albalawi, who is responsible for your data. Contact: ralbalawi2006@gmail.com.
What we collect
There is no advertising, no analytics and no ad tracking, and your data is never sold.
- Account: your email address, your password (stored hashed by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see it) and the name you choose.
- Profile (optional): your favorite club and national team.
- Groups and picks: the groups you create or join, invite codes, your pick for each match, your points and ranking, and group activity.
- Group chat, where it is on: the messages you send, your reports and the members you block.
- Technical data: crash reports (device model, system version, crash details) through Firebase Crashlytics, and a device check through Firebase App Check that protects the service from abuse.
How we use it
- To run your account and groups, save your picks and calculate points and standings.
- To show your name and ranking to the members of your groups.
- To keep group chat safe: reviewing reports and acting on messages that break the rules.
- To protect the service, prevent abuse and fix crashes.
Who sees your data
- Members of your groups see your name, favorite club, points and ranking, and the chat messages you send in that group.
- Your picks are visible only to you until the round locks; after that the group sees them under the app's reveal rules.
- A reported message is reviewed by the developer as moderator.
- Service provider: Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, App Check, Crashlytics). The database is stored in Dammam, Saudi Arabia; the server functions run in Doha, Qatar.
- Match results come from a sports data provider, which receives no data about you.
How long we keep it
- Your account, profile, picks and standings: while your account exists.
- Chat messages: for the life of the group. A deleted message's text is erased at once; a deleted group's chat is purged after 30 days.
- Reports: 90 days after they are resolved.
- Crash reports: up to 90 days, under Firebase Crashlytics' policy.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Account and security → Delete account. This deletes your account, profile, memberships, picks, standings and the invite codes you created, and erases the text of your chat messages. If you own a group, ownership passes to its longest-serving member; a group with no members left is deleted. A short-lived marker may remain for a limited time to stop the deleted account being misused.
Your rights
You can change your name and favorites in the app and delete your account at any time. To ask for a copy of your data or about anything in this policy, email ralbalawi2006@gmail.com. Your data is handled under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law.
Children
You must be at least 13 years old to use «جولتك». If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will show any change on this page and update its date.
