الخدمة
«جولتك» تطبيق مجاني لمجموعات توقعات كرة القدم الخاصة بين الأصدقاء، للتسلية فقط، من تطوير راشد البلوي. لا يتضمن مراهنات ولا جوائز مالية، ولا يجوز استخدامه لأي شكل من أشكال المقامرة.
حسابك
- يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 13 عامًا.
- أنت مسؤول عن صحة بيانات حسابك وعن سرية كلمة المرور.
- يجب أن يكون اسمك لائقًا ولا ينتحل شخصية أحد.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق.
المجموعات والتوقعات
- تُغلق كل جولة الساعة 8 مساءً بتوقيت الرياض في اليوم السابق لأول مباراة فيها، ولا تُقبل التوقعات بعد الإغلاق إلا بتمديد يمنحه مالك المجموعة.
- تُحتسب النقاط على نتيجة المباراة بعد 90 دقيقة، ولا تُحتسب الأشواط الإضافية ولا ركلات الترجيح.
- النتائج من مزوّد بيانات رياضية، وقد تُصحَّح النقاط إذا صُحّحت نتيجة رسمية.
قواعد دردشة المجموعة
لا تسامح مع المحتوى المسيء أو المستخدمين المسيئين. يُمنع في دردشة المجموعة نشر:
- الشتائم أو التهديد أو التحرش أو خطاب الكراهية؛
- المحتوى الجنسي أو العنيف؛
- الرسائل المزعجة أو الإعلانات أو روابط المراهنات والمقامرة؛
- المعلومات الشخصية لأي أحد دون موافقته.
البلاغات والإشراف
يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي رسالة وحظر أي عضو من قائمة الرسالة. يراجع المطوّر البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة، ويحذف المحتوى المخالف، وقد يقيّد الحساب الذي نشره أو يعلّقه أو يزيله. ويمكن لمالك المجموعة ومشرفيها حذف الرسائل في مجموعتهم.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو محاولة اختراقها أو التحايل على إغلاق الجولات أو إنشاء حسابات وهمية. قد يُعلَّق أو يُحذف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق مجانًا «كما هو». بيانات المباريات من طرف ثالث وقد تتأخر أو تكون غير دقيقة. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، لا يتحمل المطوّر مسؤولية أي خسارة تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق.

The service
«جولتك» is a free app for private football prediction groups among friends, for fun only, developed by Rashed Albalawi. It involves no betting and no cash prizes, and it may not be used for any form of gambling.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You are responsible for your account details and for keeping your password secret.
- Your name must be appropriate and must not impersonate anyone.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Groups and picks
- Each round locks at 8 PM Riyadh time on the day before its first match. Picks are not accepted after the lock, except through an extension the group owner grants.
- Points are scored on the result after 90 minutes; extra time and penalty shoot-outs do not count.
- Results come from a sports data provider; points may be corrected when an official result is corrected.
Group chat rules
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. In group chat you must not post:
- insults, threats, harassment or hate speech;
- sexual or violent content;
- spam, advertising or links to betting or gambling;
- anyone's personal information without their consent.
Reports and moderation
You can report any message and block any member from the message menu. The developer reviews reports within 24 hours, removes content that breaks these rules, and may restrict, suspend or remove the account that posted it. A group's owner and admins can also delete messages in their group.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse or try to break into the service, work around the round locks, or create fake accounts. Any account that breaks these terms may be suspended or deleted.
Disclaimer
The app is provided free and “as is”. Match data comes from a third party and may be late or wrong. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
